Client states... #1

Client states that the two TVs they bought from us do not work. They have tried multiple laptops and HDMI cables.

I attended the site and plugged my laptop in, and both TVs worked straight away.

Baffling as when you attach anything to the TV's HDMI ports you get a pop-up on the TV asking to switch to the live HDMI port.
