Client states..... #2

Client called to say their laptop will not connect via ethernet to one of our switches. They said it worked on Wi-Fi.

On-site, I connected my laptop to the ethernet cable, and it worked first time.

Looked at the client's laptop and saw it was running Windows Vista Ha! - laptop must have been 20 years old.

No support, no updated drivers since 2016 and a big security risk for them.
