The client stated that the Wi-Fi in their office wasn't good enough to do video calls reliably.
I removed their Wi-Fi adapters from their desktop computers and plugged in their ethernet cables.
Concern #1 - using USB Wi-Fi adapters that have tiny ariels is not a good idea.
Concern #2 - the £7.99 adapter didn't even support the 5 Ghz band. The 2.4 GHz band is susceptible to interference.
Concern #3 - why add Wi-Fi to a desktop computer anyways? Ethernet is full duplex, Wi-Fi isn't and can't send and receive at the same time.
